Huge congratulations to our CEO, Ali E. Cevik, for being awarded the Inspiration Prize in collaboration with EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.
Ali has been awarded this prize for being an inspirational leader and showing that it’s possible to create value for others by doing what you love. Ali has inspired many others to do the same.

Every year, the global winners of EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards gather in Monte Carlo, Monaco for an award ceremony and celebration.
As well as the global finalists for entrepreneurship, there are many other awards associated with EY’s Entrepreneur of the Year. This year, the celebrations were felt in the heart of Denmark, with Danish tech CEO, Ali E. Cevik being awarded The Inspiration Prize.

Inspirational leadership
The Inspiration Prize is a recognition of Ali’s inspirational leadership. Throughout his career he has shown many people that it is possible to create value for others by doing what you love. With this mindset, he has inspired others to do the same.
Ali’s story and career path in itself is inspiring – starting out as a shepherd in the Anatolian plateau, transitioning to life in Denmark at the age of 10, working as an international advisor to the UN, EU and World Bank, and becoming the CEO and founder of an HR tech company! But along the way, Ali has taken the time to remain close to his core values and to be inspired by others’ experiences. This in turn has lead him to be an inspiration for others.

The Inspiration Prize is now sitting proudly in HR-ON’s office, alongside the three Gazelle awards the company has won the last three years running.
