HRtechX is the largest HR tech conference in Northern Europe. In 2021 HR-ON was the Premium Sponsor of the event.
The HRtechX conference, held in Copenhagen, brought together over 1000 leading HR professionals. HR-ON’s CEO and Founder, Ali E. Cevik, gave an inspiring keynote speech, focusing on HR-ON’s employee manifesto and value-based management approach. Additionally, COO Rasmus Festersen and CSO Daniel Sørensen were joined on stage by our customer and partner Umbraco for a case presentation. And CCO Christian Hansen took part in a panel discussion about using people analytics to personalise the candidate experience.
Benjamin Runggaldier from LinkedIn, travelled over from Stockholm, Sweden to acknowledge the success of HR-ON’s career platform and to share some additional tips and tricks.
With HR-ON’s seven-year history, it was an obvious choice for the IT company to hold a seminar with LinkedIn. More than 80 participants entered HR-ON’s new office space, which among other things offers a newly established conference room with adjoining kitchen, where participants could help themselves to freshly brewed coffee and bread rolls.
“Diversity, with the variety of points of view and input it provides, is one of the cornerstones of HR-ON’s success,” said the company’s CEO, Ali E. Cevik.
HR-ON’s Leadership Lounge was inspirational and informative. Around 45 executives and specifically invited people attended the event at HR-ON’s head office in the Odense Banegård Center on Thursday evening. One of the main aims was to inspire people by showing how diversity creates value and innovation for companies.
HR-ONs headquarters are located at the Odense Banegård Center. You can pretty much drive your car right to the front door, and the train arrives three floors below us.
