Welcome to HR-ON’s annual ESG Report 2025

S: Wellbeing, trust and shared values

Our social responsibility doesn’t start with a policy—it starts in everyday life and in our employee manifesto. This is where we turn values into practice and create an organization where people and results reinforce each other.

Values-based self-management and shared leadership
Teams organize working hours, presence and collaboration based on mission and shared values. Responsibility is placed where the task is solved—not in unnecessary control mechanisms.

Psychological safety and diversity
We prioritize an environment where people can speak up, learn fast and support one another. Different perspectives and experiences strengthen our collaboration and innovation.
