The employee at the center
A new employee is sent 25 questions related to the six dimensions: culture, rules, network, collaboration, competencies and results. You then receive a status overview of the employee’s experiences and assessments. Use the collected data to identify gaps and challenges in the onboarding process.
From insight to action
FastTrack makes it possible to assess the individual onboarding journey, start a dialogue with the employee and implement targeted initiatives together with the immediate manager.
