What are Job Slots equivalent to in annual job ads? The number of annual job advertisements depends on how often you post new positions. For example, if you have 8 Job Slots and you change the job postings every month, you can post a total of 96 positions per year.


The relationship between Job Slots, annual job advertisements and number of employees can vary widely depending on the industry, type of company and the current recruitment needs of the company. Below are some examples:


Companies with 1 – 50 employees typically need 2 to 4 Job Slots and will typically publish 5-25 job postings per year
