We are looking for a structured and curious student assistant to support our work at the intersection of AI, cybersecurity, and regulation. This role focuses on documentation, compliance support, and AI-assisted workflows, helping ensure that our product and processes meet regulatory and security expectations.

You will work closely with the Compliance team and gain hands-on experience with GDPR, the EU AI Act, and NIS2 in practice. The role is ideal for a student interested in governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), and how AI can be used effectively in documentation and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the documentation and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and governance materials
• Assist in structuring risk assessments, decision logs, and audit trails
• Contribute to GDPR and EU AI Act-related work (e.g. documentation, mapping, and support tasks)
• Review and summarize vendor security materials (ISO 27001, SOC 2 reports, security white papers)

Required Skills & Experience

• Currently studying cybersecurity, IT, law, or a related field
• Strong ability to structure information and communicate clearly
• Interest in AI, privacy, and security topics
• Ability to work independently and handle complex topics with attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools or light scripting to support documentation workflows
• Basic understanding of GDPR, EU AI Act, or data protection principles
• Experience with Markdown, Notion, or Confluence

What This Role Is Not

• No hands-on software development required
• No responsibility for making legal or compliance decisions independently
