With HR-ON Wellbeing, you can measure mental and physical wellbeing and act before challenges grow. Developed with Professor Per Bech, it is based on WHO-5 and supported by 200+ studies. His research in the Journal of Psychiatry (2018) shows that proactive efforts significantly improve the ability to return to wellbeing.

The physical dimension is measured through Wellbeing Body, which uses the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire to map pain across the body so employees can get the right support.

Regular check-ins give employees insight into their wellbeing and improvements. At the same time, you get an overview of wellbeing across the organization.
