Howdy is a Danish company headquartered in Copenhagen. Howdy develops digital tools to monitor wellbeing in private and public companies and organisations. The goal is to detect early signs of declining wellbeing and help turn it around. In addition, Howdy has a large network of psychologists and other professionals who reach out to employees if a wellbeing measurement indicates potential issues. This leads to happier, more effective employees – and helps companies reduce sick leave.

With the acquisition, Howdy becomes part of HR-ON, and together we present HR-ON Wellbeing. The target group includes all types of organisations that recruit, onboard new employees, and prioritise wellbeing and employee development.
