HR-ON is a leading Danish provider of cloud-based suite of HR and recruitment solutions used by public and private, global and local companies as well as professional recruiters. In light of the success reflected in among others two Børsen Gazelle awards and the official partnership with Linkedin, we are now looking to expand internationally. We would like to strengthen our sales and marketing with an experienced Growth Director. This is a senior sales and marketing leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
The Growth Director will work in close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to develop an international expansion strategy and will be responsible for leading all growth/performance marketing and sales operations in relation to this strategy.
Development and implementation of an international, growth-focused strategic marketing and sales plan.
Establishment of the growth marketing and sales function by taking ownership over tasks such as the deployment of a growth-focused martech stack, development of growth team workflows, establishment of sales channels, maintenance and reporting on the performance of all marketing and sales campaigns, and team member hiring responsibilities.
Build, optimize, and scale growth marketing and sales campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives such as email campaigns, nurture programs, customer re-engagement, content marketing, events, partner channels, SEO, SEM/paid channels, etc. in the interest of expanding brand reach, driving international adoption, and increasing revenue.
Hire and organize a distributed team of country managers and play a key role in guiding them to achieve success in their individual markets and in optimizing the flow of leads and sales reporting.
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (8+ yrs). Advanced degree in business and/or marketing preferred
8+ years of marketing and sales experience, preferably in a digital role, with a strong track record of executing effective and innovative growth/performance marketing and sales initiatives
5+ years in a leadership and management role with a preference for candidates with experience managing distributed/remote, international teams
Proven experience building out the growth/performance marketing and sales function with responsibilities including hiring, workflow development, martech-stack deployment and establishing new sales channels and partnerships
Deep knowledge of Paid Social, Paid Search, Organic, Display/Native, Offline, Partnerships, Affiliate, Event, and other community based marketing tactics
Well versed in A/B and multivariate testing as well as optimizing to CPL, CPR, CPA, CPC, and LTV metrics using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Moz, Optimizely, or similar
Experience using martech tools such as HubSpot Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Meltwater, Sendgrid, Marketo, Intercom, Buffer, Hootsuite, Hotjar, etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply business strategy to data analysis and recommendations
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead, collaborate, and work cross-functionally with a diverse team
Detail-oriented with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Optimistic personality, independent thinker, and can-do attitude with the desire to build authentic relationships with colleagues, clients and partners.
Fluent in Danish and English, multilingual candidates with international experience preferred.
