We are looking for a technically strong, client-facing professional to bridge the gap between our customers, internal development teams, and external integration partners. This role focuses on understanding the product, the client integration requirements, defining scope and specifications, and ensuring successful delivery without hands-on coding or development work.

You will play a key role in product discovery and development, client discussions, market analysis, and vendor coordination, helping shape and deliver high-quality integrations and product features for our HR SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during integration discussions
• Join client meetings to understand integration requirements and answer technical questions
• Analyze client needs and translate them into clear scopes, requirements, and specifications
• Prepare specification documents and feature proposals for new product initiatives
• Coordinate and manage third-party vendors, integration partners and delivery management
• Ensure alignment between product vision, client expectations, and technical feasibility

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and Database
• Experience working in a technical product management or integration role
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with product management, quality assurance and delivery processes
• Experience working with external vendors or integration partners

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of GDPR and data security considerations
• Experience with HR, payroll, or people management systems
• Familiarity with common HR integrations (calendars, payroll, identity, compliance, etc.)
