General information

  • HR-ON has three main products.

    • HR-ON Recruit: Get a recruitment tool that supports the entire recruitment process—from AI bots to help write, translate, or provide feedback on job postings, to candidate screening, interview scheduling, and digital signing of employment contracts.
    • HR-ON Staff: This HR system makes it easy to manage employee data. You can also build processes that ensure a strong pre- and onboarding experience as well as a smooth offboarding process. Create templates for all necessary documents, track company equipment, offer employees a time-tracking tool, conduct performance reviews and pulse surveys, and much more.
    • StaffBuddy: StaffBuddy is an employee app available as an add-on for HR-ON Staff customers. With StaffBuddy, you and your employees can easily access information about the company, each other, and themselves. Employees can sign documents, respond to pulse surveys, and much more directly from their smartphones.
  • GDPR-compliance is a must for us and a cornerstone of our product development. Therefore, HR-ON Recruit and HR-ON Staff are naturally GDPR-secured, allowing you to easily comply with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation

  • At HR-ON, we offer transparent pricing. We have competitive prices with no setup fees, and free support is included. Read more and calculate your price here.

  • No, there’s no need to install anything. HR-ON is cloud-based, meaning you can log in and use HR-ON Recruit and Staff through your browser, just like many similar systems. Additionally, we have an app for your smartphone, StaffBuddy. You can read more about StaffBuddy in the FAQ section below.

  • If HR-ON Recruit and/or HR-ON Staff sound like a fit for you, you can book a free demo for an introduction to the platforms. Alternatively, you can contact our sales team on +45 71 99 07 48.

  • You, as the customer, own the data. HR-ON Recruit and HR-ON Staff eare tools for your business, and the data belongs to your company. If you stop being our customer, you can have all data transferred to your company.

  • HR-ON Recruit and Staff can be customized based on your company’s needs. Call our sales team at +45 71 99 07 48 to learn more about your options for a tailored solution.

  • Yes, HR-ON has an open API. This allows the system to integrate and share information with other systems—commonly referred to as “talking” to each other. This makes it easy for you to continue working in the systems you know and trust, while saving time by only having to update data in one system, which then automatically updates in the other.

  • Yes, both HR-ON Recruit and Staff are available in English and other languages such as German. Contact us if you would like to learn more about the languages available for the systems.

HR-ON Staff

All-in-one HR-system

  • HR-ON Staff is your platform for all tasks related to HR. You can use the platform for everything from storing and maintaining employee data to setting up processes, such as onboarding- and offboarding, organization charts, performance reviews, time tracking, conducting surveys, and more.

  • You can store any employee data that makes sense for your organization. This can include everything from employment contracts and emergency contact information to questions and answers from the latest performance reviews.

  • With HR-ON Staff you can also manage time tracking, which employees can easily use in their daily routines—both via the app StaffBuddy. HR-ONs time tracking tool is designed to help your company comply with the time tracking law , that took effect on July 1, 2024

  • HR-ON Staff is a system for managing, storing, and updating employee data. It also helps you organize and track all processes, projects, and tasks you have as an HR professional. While payroll processing isn’t available directly in HR-ON Staff, you can use our open API to connect HR-ON Staff with your payroll system. This integration enables the two systems to exchange relevant employee data seamlessly.

  • In HR-ON Staff, you’ll find several other IT systems with built-in integrations. If the system you want to integrate isn’t on the list, your IT department can create the integration, as long as the system you’re connecting to also has an open API, just like HR-ON.

  • We’ll help you get started with using Recruit and Staff, and we’re only an e-mail or call away . Send your questions to our Customer Success Advisors at support@hr-on.com or call +45 71 99 07 66. We’re available on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Your digital recruitment platform

  • HR-ON Recruit is a digital recruitment platform with all the tools you need for hiring new employees. HR-ON Recruit supports the entire recruitment process, from AI-assisted writing, translating, or feedback on job postings to candidate screening, interview scheduling, and digital signing of employment contracts.

  • HR-ON Recruit is a recruitment system that automates a wide range of tasks for you. You can create job postings that are distributed to your career site, job portals, and social media via HR-ON. Then, the hiring team can screen, filter, and evaluate candidates, invite them to interviews, or send rejections to multiple candidates at once.

  • With HR-ON Recruit, you get a GDPR-compliant and user-friendly recruitment system that keeps all data secure within the platform. You control which team members have access to post jobs, publish on social media, evaluate candidates, and more. Additionally, you can design your company’s career page to align perfectly with your brand and visual identity.

  • If you have data in your previous system that you’d like to transfer, such as CVs, we’ll gladly import it into HR-ON free of charge. However, please ensure compliance with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to avoid any legal issues.

  • Yes, you can. Simply add them to your hiring team and provide them with a login. This allows them to participate in the hiring process on the same terms as internal team members.

  • HR-ON Recruit includes a built-in evaluation form for each candidate, but you can also upload an external evaluation form and attach it to individual candidates. This makes the form accessible to your entire hiring team.

  • Your career page displays open positions at your company, as well as the option to submit unsolicited applications. With HR-ON Recruit, candidates remain on your website throughout the application process, so they don’t see that an external system is being used. We’ve developed a user-friendly tool for setting up the career page to align with your brand’s visual identity.

  • Yes, when you create a job ad in HR-ON Recruit it automatically appears on your career page at the date and time you specify for publishing. It will also be automatically removed when the application deadline passes.

    If you haven’t set a specific application deadline, simply change the job ad’s status from “online” to “processing” in the recruitment system, making the ad no longer visible on your career page.

  • When creating the job, check the desired portals to get your job postings on the relevant portals. Once you publish the job ad on your website, an order is automatically sent to the selected portals, and the ad is published accordingly.

  • It’s easy to send responses to multiple applicants simultaneously in HR-ON Recruit. This saves you time and effort compared to handling each candidate individually. You can set up email templates in Recruit, which you can reuse, making the emails appear personalized and direct as individual ones.

  • HR-ON Recruit offers excellent tools for screening candidates. For example, you can set up a pre-screening process to filter out some candidates before they even begin the application form. This can be useful for positions requiring specific qualifications, such as a driver’s license or education level. It is, of course, your responsibility to ensure compliance with discrimination laws.

  • There are many options when publishing your job ad on various job portals and social media platforms. We’ve made it easy for you to select the desired platforms from a list by simply checking a box when creating the ad. We then handle the rest, including billing.

  • Before a candidate’s consent expires, they automatically receive an email offering the option to renew their consent and remain in your CV database for a specified period. If the candidate chooses not to renew consent, the system automatically deletes their data to ensure GDPR compliance.

A complete employee app

  • StaffBuddy is an employee app designed for the entire company. With the app, you and your employees gain direct access to company tools, enabling features StaffBuddy like responding to surveys and pulse measurements, registering vacation/absence, accessing and signing documents, sharing news on the digital bulletin board, and much more.

  • StaffBuddy is highly convenient as it is accessible anywhere you have your smartphone. This allows you and your employees to easily track time, check colleagues’ contact information, access documents, complete Pulse surveys, and more without needing a computer.

  • Appen StaffBuddy The StaffBuddy app makes it easy to check your own and colleagues’ contact details via smartphone. It also offers quick access to tools like time tracking and a digital bulletin board with company news. Additionally, it simplifies document handling, allowing employees to access and sign documents directly in the app.

  • To enable StaffBuddy, you first need to have HR-ON Staff. DThen, simply contact one of our sales representatives, and you’ll be set up with the app in no time.

  • StaffBuddy is available for both iPhone and Android devices and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and AppStore.

  • The cost of StaffBuddy depends on the number of employees who will use the app in your company. Contact our sales team at +45 71 99 07 48 or email sales@hr-on.com for more information. 

  • Our app, StaffBuddy, is designed to be intuitive and easy to use. If you or your employees need assistance, there are detailed guides for both HR personnel and general employees available in our Help Center, accessible 24/7.

Onboarding

Easy setup for Recruit and Staff

  • Once you’ve signed a contract with HR-ON, one of our Customer Success Advisors will contact you to provide login details and outline the onboarding process. As soon as you receive your login, you can start using the systems.

    Both HR-ON Recruit and HR-ON Staff are intuitive platforms. You’ll find onboarding videos and answers to your questions in theHelp Center Recruit and Help Center Staff. Additionally, our Customer Success Advisors are available to assist with getting you started.

  • The onboarding process varies for each system. HR-ON Recruit You can onboard yourself quickly by watching onboarding videos in the Help Centeret and or attending one of our monthly Masterclasses. You can be up and running in 1.5 hours. 

    In HR-ON Staff Onboarding involves multiple online or in-person meetings with a Customer Success Advisor, who will guide you through the tools and features. While you’ll handle the setup of your new HR platform yourself, our advisors are available to answer any questions. You’ll also find extensive resources in the Help Center.

  • HR-ON Recruit is designed for self-onboarding. You can watch onboarding videos in the Help Center and participate in monthly Masterclasses. This makes it possible to complete your onboarding in as little as one hour.

  • For HR-ON Staff onboarding includes a series of online or in-person meetings with a Customer Success Advisor, who will guide you through the platform’s tools and features. You’ll set up the HR platform yourself, but the advisor is available to assist with any questions. Contact us here.

  • To join a Masterclass for HR-ON Recruit or Staff, you first need to be a customer. After that, you can access the Masterclass registration page..

  • You do. As a customer, you retain ownership of all data entered into HR-ON Recruit and Staff. These systems are tools for your company, and all data remains your property. If you decide to end your subscription, all your data can be transferred to your company.

  • Support is free of charge for HR-ON customers.

  • HR-ON’s support team can be reached by phone +45 71 99 07 66 on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. You can also contact us by email support@hr-on.com, and our Customer Success Advisors will respond as quickly as possible.

  • During onboarding, you will be assisted by one of our skilled Customer Success Advisors. After onboarding, you can contact the entire support team for assistance at email support@hr-on.com or by phone +45 71 99 07 66 on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The support team, based at our headquarters in Odense, is small but efficient and knows our customers well, ensuring personalized help.

    Additionally, the Help Center Recruit and Help Center Staff are available 24/7 for self-service.

  • If you need assistance outside phone support hours, you can contact us by email support@hr-on.com.
