We are looking for a strong Project Manager / Product Owner who will be at the forefront of our product development, with responsibilities ranging from demand analysis and idea development in close collaboration with all stakeholders (users / customers, development team, management, support, sales team, etc.) to planning, scoping and managing the projects until the successful delivery of the final product.
Furthermore, you will also contribute to the future product development, based on close contact with customers / users, development teams and management, so that HR-ON always remains ahead of the game with innovative solutions that match current customer needs.
Responsibilities / Tasks:
Prepare product descriptions and plans, including demands, users / target group, solution, platform and technology, roadmap and customer and business cases.
Head up the preparation of product roadmaps, milestones and release plans for the individual projects
Communicate the product to the development team so that it is clear to every team member what the project is about, what needs it will solve for whom and what specific tasks will be solved by whom, in what order and when.
Prioritize and maintain product backlog, sprint scheduling and implement sprint review in projects
Provide solutions within the agreed time-frame and scope together with the team
Present the team’s solutions to the customer, management and other stakeholders
Liaise between customers / users and the development team, as well as other stakeholders such as the management, support, marketing and sales teams
Create a platform for good communication and knowledge sharing among all stakeholders, so that all parties are well informed about projects, products, customer cases, business cases, schedules, roles and responsibilities, etc.
Create a good framework for customers to have a platform through which they can participate in product development, including testing, proposing improvements and further development, for example through workshops, webinars, etc.
Follow up on product delivery and ensure that the product is adjusted / further developed based on users' experiences and demands as well as the market needs in general
What we expect from you:
Have a relevant degree in IT and min. 3-5 years of relevant experience from a similar position within SaaS solutions, for example as Project Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Team Lead, Development Manager, System Consultant, or similar.
Previous experience working as a developer and therefore strong technical expertise in software development, IT systems, SaaS and IT architecture
You should be well organised, result oriented and able to meet deadlines
Good at transforming ideas and needs into concrete actions
Able to communicate customer needs from needs analysis to product description, and project plans to tasks with a clear end product that makes sense to all team members
Good at scoping projects, so that the tasks are assessed and prioritized correctly based on the purpose and the value they ultimately give - desirable.
Able to collaborate with many different target groups and lead meetings and workshops in a constructive way
