SoMe Manager

HR-ON is a leading provider of cloud-based suite of HR and recruitment solutions used by public and private, global and local companies as well as professional recruiters in Denmark as well as globally all over thte world.

We’re looking for a SoMe Manager who masters various SEO and SoMe tools and techniques along with good writing, storytelling and content marketing skills.

Someone who has a deep understanding of what makes content extraordinary and the role that content marketing plays in a business, has a demonstrated interest in HR-tech/SaaS/startups/business, and has the confidence and initiative to own the content marketing process.

Your objective will be to build and operate our data driven digital marketing ranging from organic content to paid campaigns on our website and different sources like Linkedin, Facebook, Google and different sources into a common SEO and SoMe strategy in order to rapidly grow the awareness of HR-ON, our products and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sourcing, producing, planning & coordinating of content across a broad range of media and channels based on an overall strategy

  • Help research, develop and deliver content (e.g. articles, landing pages, presentation decks, email campaigns, etc.)

  • Manage, monitor and participate in our social media to build a great on-brand community on appropriate channels (LinkedIn in particular, but also other sources like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).

  • Measure content effectiveness and optimize content output in the light of performance.

  • Conduct customer research and interviews as a means of improving existing content and discovering new content topics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with SoMe and SEO keyword search.

  • Hands on experience with community and content marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Leadfeader etc.), content production tools (e.g. Adobe etc.), measurement tools (e.g. Google Analytics), and CMS experience (e.g. WordPress).

  • Insight in how algorithms of Linkedin and Facebook work in general and extensive experience in managing campaigns and targeting and retargeting

  • Experience in writing (with writing samples to support) and managing content.

  • A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented.

  • Strong relationship building and networking skills.

  • Confidence operating in a fast-paced and frequently changing environment.

  • Proficiency in both English and Danish required. Multilingual capabilities desired.
