HR-ON is a leading Danish provider of cloud-based suite of HR and recruitment solutions used by public and private, global and local companies as well as professional recruiters. In light of the success reflected in among others two Børsen Gazelle awards and the official partnership with Linkedin, we are now looking to expand internationally.
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to help us own and build out our end-to-end marketing strategy and put HR-ON’s suite of cloud-based HR software solutions in the hands of companies around the world.
The role calls for someone who is able to convert a deep insight in various digital marketing tools and techniques (SoMe, SEO, CRM, CMS, Analytics etc.) and management skills into strategic marketing approaches in order to drive awareness, growth, adoption and sales.
Prefrably someone who has built a scalable, sustainable marketing function centered around a SaaS or a technology brand and has experience in managing a variety of growth projects, end-to-end campaigns, demand generation, and conversion optimization.
You will be in charge of planning and establishing the marketing strategy in close cooperation with our CEO and Director of Communications. As change is a constant in our organization, you must have an entrepreneurial approach to be flexible and willing to build up the marketing function & team in close cooperation with the branding, communications and sales people.
Creation and execution of the marketing strategy and owning the translation of that strategy into tangible go-to-market plans that will help us achieve our ambitious goal of introducing and generating strong brand awareness of HR-ON on the international stage
Building, maintaining, measuring, and optimizing our marketing channel mix, particularly organic growth initiatives that resonate with our ideal customer persona.
Influencing product strategy and the way we bring products to market, combining research, positioning, and messaging to maximize adoption.
Build, manage, coach, and grow the marketing team
Coordinate and plan marketing activities and events, seminars and conferences
Grow revenue by capturing qualified leads for our sales teams
Prioritize marketing projects and allocate resources accordingly
Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
Has 5+ years of hands-on experience driving a digital marketing agenda
Experience in developing integrated marketing strategies (content, events, paid media, PR, organic and social) to drive growth through brand awareness in key markets
Experience from a digital agency/marketing/advertising, startup, SMB company, SaaS company or international/global organisation is a plus
Experience with SEO and keyword search, SoMe, CRM, CMS, community and content marketing tools (e.g. particularly Linkedin but also Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, Mailchimp, Leadfeader, G-suite and Google Products as AdWords, AdSense and Analytics, Wordpress etc.)
Fluency in English and Danish is required. Preferably multilingual.
