How does the merger affect us as customers?
The merger with HR-ON means we are upgrading the onboarding platform and all Introdus products. It will give you access to more resources, a stronger technical platform, and new features.
Is the product still the same?
Yes, the Introdus platform will remain unchanged initially while we carry out the upgrade. You can continue using the solution as you know it while we work on the new version, until we are ready to migrate your programs to the new platform. We expect this to happen in Q3–Q4 of 2025.
What do we do now as a customer?
You do not need to take any immediate action. We will contact you when it is time to plan your transition and will support you throughout the process.

Will the Introdus onboarding platform remain the same?
Yes, the Introdus platform will remain unchanged initially while we carry out the upgrade.
You can continue using the solution as you know it while we work on the new version, until we are ready to migrate your programs to the new platform.
We expect this to happen in Q3–Q4 of 2025.Can I continue to use Introdus as a separate platform?
Yes. Introdus will function as an independent solution during the transition period. Eventually, the features will become directly available within the HR-ON platform.
What do I need to do now as a customer?
You do not need to take any immediate action. We will contact you when it is time to plan your transition and will support you throughout the process.
How will it affect employees currently in onboarding?
Nothing will change for the current onboarding processes. They will continue unchanged on the Introdus platform.
Will I still have access to my existing data and history?
Yes. All history and data will be preserved and securely transferred during the transition. You will not lose access to previous data.
Will my login details and permissions be retained?
Yes. Your login details, user access, and permissions will remain unchanged on the Introdus platform while we upgrade it. When transitioning to HR-ON, you will receive help to ensure the same access structure.
How do I integrate HR-ON with my existing tools?
HR-ON offers robust API capabilities and integrations. We will assist you with the technical setup when you migrate.
Will my data from Introdus be automatically transferred to HR-ON?
Not automatically. We will contact you and plan the transition with you in dialogue. The data will be securely migrated to HR-ON only when you approve it.
How will my company’s data be protected during the transition?
HR-ON has conducted a risk assessment and implemented technical and organizational measures such as encryption, access restrictions, and logging, following GDPR Article 32.
What data will be shared in the test migration?
Name, email, start date, department, immediate manager, and responses to onboarding questions.
Sensitive personal data such as social security numbers, salary, or address will not be shared.Do we need to sign a new Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes, but only when you transition to HR-ON. Until then, your current agreement with Introdus remains valid.
When will the transition to HR-ON take place?
The transition will happen when you are ready. The Introdus platform will remain available until the migration is completed.
Can we test the new platform before transitioning?
Yes, you will get access to a test environment to ensure everything works as it should.
How will HR-ON support me after the transition?
You will have a dedicated contact person, onboarding support, and access to HR-ON’s support team. The transition will be carefully planned and closely followed.
