At HR-ON, we are looking for a passionate AWS DevOps Specialist to design, optimize, and drive robust cloud solutions for our global HR SaaS platform.

Your Role

As a Senior Cloud Engineer at HR-ON, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping the development and scalability of our serverless HR platform. Your expertise will drive critical decisions and implementations, ensuring robust, secure, and high-performing SaaS solution in a global market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting, implementing, and maintaining scalable AWS cloud infrastructure, leveraging services like Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation.
• Building and refining CI/CD pipelines for seamless, secure, and efficient software deployment.
• Leading the development of backend functionality in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance with AWS CloudWatch and advanced monitoring tools.
• Driving strategic architectural decisions to future-proof scalability, security, and reliability.
• Automating complex operational workflows to improve system efficiency and developer productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

You have professional experience with AWS and thrive on taking ownership, solving complex challenges, and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
